Bit 15: DSKBYT, a new byte is available; reading clears this flag.
Bit 14: DMAON.
Bit 13: DISKWRITE.
Bit 12: WORDEQUAL, the disk shifter matches DSKSYNC.
Bits 7-0: Latest disk byte.
